 A national budget going three-quarters to socialist-type entitlement programs, with legal protections for unions, mandated equality in all areas of life, an economy controlled through a centralized Federal Bank and a government that “creates jobs” by writing rules.

Being subject to all manners of international law and treaties (within reason), rendering national sovreignty dubious by obeying surprisingly Communist “human rights” based rules of the internationalists.

There would be capitalism in this mess, but under layers of edicts, regulations, precepts, affirmative action, and taxes — at all 3 levels levels, with some special fees and registrations — and with high legal cost of complying with all of this stuff.

With circular pyramid economy going, under a fake economy that is concealing a covert, camouflaged command economy.

Technically, this would be a constitutional liberal democracy, but with a constitution with a market socialist system along with civil rights as its focus.

It would be a hybrid of Communism and free market theory  (including Libertarinism, socialism, Wall Street type of refinancing along with Anti fascism and SJWism combined with defensive democracy 

This would aim more for stability and be driven by the engine of free markets, directed to provide huge amounts of capital, before it allows for the borrowing needed to keep socialism afloat and using Communist-type anarcho-totalitarian control methods like accountability, calling in, whataboutism, and direction action to control the population

This state, by the essence of the worker’s movements that are its ancestor, would spread globally like Pan American Libertarian Communism, although it might eventually shift to Russian Communism either way Libertarian Communism would crave and enforce total equality at all times. 

This would emerge from the appeal of the belief ideology itself, in that it promises the individual a defense against loss of social standing via the insistence on equality, essentially abolishing all hierarchy to reign in a centralized system where all but a very few are the same in power, wealth, and status.

The forms of this Libertarian Communism would be  “freedom”: subsidies and anarchy
